I have reviewed all the applications that I have received, and I have made my decision on DGM. Hades (known to some as "FA Joe") is the new Deputy Grand Master. There were numerous reasons for my choice, but foremost among them was his set of skills which complement my own. That is to say: (a) he knows how plotlines should work, (b) he has a plethora of interesting ideas regarding DB plots and competitions, and (c) he's eager to get to work on the above.

I haven't told him how much trouble Death is going to give him, but that's ok. He'll find out soon. >:F

Even hamsters have to take a break, and that's exactly what I'll be doing for the next week. As I'll be vacationing to New Orleans from Monday until Thursday/Friday, I will not be able to join you all on IRC and will only be checking my email at most once a day. Any Shadow Academy concerns should be sent to my very capable right-hand man, Keth D'Jek.

I am still seeking two graders for the Shadow Academy. The courses are English Grammar and Poetry Studies. The only requirements are a maximum of 48-hour email turnaround time, and some familiarity with the course. Please apply to farrinxATgmailDOTcom.

Every superhero needs a sidekick. The position of Deputy Grand Master is a vital one. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing day-to-day operation of the Hetaeriae
• Establishing and Managing DB-wide MP comps (at least for the time being)
• Planning and Executive Vendettas (With assistance from the GM and the rest of the DC)

These are simply the most important parts of the job. Like all other DC positions, DGM is largely what you make of it. I will not tell you what I want in an application, because if you are applying for the position you should be fully aware of how to write an application.
