There was a lot of hype for this battle. Now there are rave reviews. There were some neat stuff in it, and it had original plot twists, but I just didn't like it that much. Still, you don't have to take my word for it.

It's a good mission, but for some reason I remeber my score being around 39,000, but when I sent it in for BSF approval it said my score was 0.

I liked it. There is no bug to this mission (from what I can tell). If a hyperbouy doesn't show up, shoot at stuff. The destruction of a capital ship will bring about the hyperbouy. Your giving a MIS for a reason. In the gunboat mission, just use your jamming beam right and you will do fine.

It was fun, but the last mission just did not fit in with the rest of the battle. Otherwise, I would have given it a 4.

HOLY!!!! This mission could be bearable, but it needs a complete re-work. Trigers need to be changed so your allied ships actually attack stuff on the hard difficulty setting. This mission would be bearable if one thing was changed. Stop having every thing so spread out in the mission. TAC, please send a engeener on this. If the rebel fleet was in a tighter formation and I didn't have to fly 10 km back and forth the whole thing it MIGHT (maybe) be bearable.

Nice mission. Note to author, you got the idea to use map tags to write things out in the briefing from the battle XvT ID 1.

It is all right. Nice plot. Best thing about it in my mind was the battle between my old squad (Fury) and my current squad (Nemesis). Anyhow, still a nice little brawl.

Wait wait wait. We stink becase we have skill and can "beat" the mission. We know how to win the mission but we choose not to sit around on our butt but to actualy try. That is why mission 2 failed. And that should be changed so one does not have to fly the mission twice to beat it. That is why it can be considered a bug.

I did not think it was that good. Mission 6 kept saying I failed the mission and I have figured out why people think there is a bug in the mission. You must enter your command ships hanger at the end of the mission before any of the platforms are destroyed. Someone wrote the triggers so you lose if one is destroyed but said in the briefing that you must destroy it. Doing this will let you win the battle.

The way R2 describes it, it sounds like mission impossible. It is actually a easy to beat but fun mission. My only problem with the mission is that Tainer gives himself god like powers (chain lightning is a skill reserved only for the Grand Master) and he does not even have a lightsaber yet in the DB.

It is a thinker. You can't win if you don't get a plan for this so don't freak if you lose the first few times.

I compared this battle to BoP TC 12 for length. Unlike that battle though, this one as a whole did not flow. I did not really want to fly 7 more missions in this battle. I just wanted it to end so I could have a nice FCHG boost.

Not a single mission lasted for a short period of time (30 seconds I think not). Also liked the interesting use of containers.

Great battle. A few minor things should be changed but they can be ignored. I wish I could give this battle a rating of 4.7 but I can't go near giving it a 4 so it is a 5.

Good battle. Nice difficulity level too. You have to think to win some of the missions. My only problem is with mission 3. The ATRs that are supposed to attack the Primary goal FRG, instead target the secondary targert Cruiser. The Cruiser does get hurt pretty bad, but it kills off all of my wingmates and the ATRs so I have to destroy a FRG that has 200% shields by myself (stupid me had pick missiles instead of torpedos). Besides that a great battle (I love the TIE Advanced)

Not bad, but why did every enemy ship just trying to ram into the VSD? Can't they think up of another tactic. That and to much waiting around in the last mission, I went and made a sandwich. It is an okay mission except for those things.

It is really not that bad. Although I flew one of the newer versions of this battle so it may be better now.
