Quick and quite easy battle. Some variations in the missions and story is there.

I almost would said nice quick battle. However mission 4 is a massive pain. I'd don't know what they have fed that CRS, but w/ 4 B-Wings it takes 10 min to grind those shields down. And if you haven't read the mission briefing to the end, like I have and destroy it instead of capturing it, and your wingmen die early on the 2nd run. Well, the it just takes 12 torpedos plus 17 straight minutes of laser grinding to take those shields down.

Quite good battle. Actually the best custom set of missions I've flown on X-Wing thus far.

Asside from the missions being a pain and the cockpit being a broken B-Wing w/ the TRN patch, from missions five on they will complete successfully w/ 0 point score and no mission complete tag in the pilot file. So you have to submit them w/ screenshots via the technical officer. Conclusion: don't play if you don't have to.

No "Mission complete" message at the end. You just know you're by yourself if you wait until all friendlies left.

Not the best battle. Mission 3 is insanely hard. One of these missions you have to play over and over again to know what exactly happens when so you can be at the right place in the right time.

A pain. The first mission is one of those were you have to fail first (or study the mission in YOGME in advance) to know what you have to do. Upon mission start immediately transfer all energy to engines. Else you have no chance to catch the shuttle that you're supposed to id (which noone tells you) - even though it hasn't even arrived yet. The following missions continue in that manner and are rather uninsprired.

Gotta give it props for the variaty in mission design. Could not follow the story though (was there any) and it was a bit grindy at times.

Struggling between 1 and 5. The missions are very creative and you will probably see things you haven't seen this way. But they are cumbersome and very repetative. Mission 4 cannot be flown in XWAU.

Missions are not too inspiring. And despite the idea of an over reaching story arch for the battle unfortunately there is no such thing.
