Like the other reviews say, terrible with few redeeming features. Even the convoy attacks in Missions 4 and 5 are tedious 'dodge lots of turbolasers' affairs, because X-Wings don't carry enough warheads for starship runs.
Nothing exceptional in the storyline department, but features a good mix of attack and defence in the missions. I found the sight of a CRV in mission four towing a CRL (more than 3 times its size) hilarious. Hence the 3 out of 5 score.
Some competent and reasonably varied action, and for once a storyline that revolves around something other than 'kill\\capture\\rescue X'. Sure, the romance stuff is a bit corny, but I couldn't help smiling at the lines between Tiss and Mike. Oh, and the TIE Defender is always a great craft to fly :p
