This is a great battle and looks really good in TFTC! The story fits well into the SW universe. You even get better and better ships each mission!

I agree with Master on this one. The missions are not that memorable, but it's still worth it to play, because of the additional effort put into this remaster.
TFTC graphics, all texts are voiced, even the battle and each mission has a custom image in the simulator!

Perfect set of missions for a complete stranger of the series or for people who played the originals long time ago to get (re)introduced to the mechanics and controls of the game.
The first 4 missions are updated and beefed up versions of 4 Combat Chamber missions from the original TIE Fighter. In all of them you get 20 lives, as tho you're playing in a simulator

Spoilers ahead, stop reading if you want to experience it yourself!

In the 1st mission you learn how to move and shoot and dogfight. (and possibly about explosion damage)
In the 2nd mission you learn how to inspect, evade and intercept enemy warheads.
In the 3rd mission you learn how to use warheads, including dumbfiring
The 4th mission is basically a recreation of SW Squardons's Fleet Battle game mode.
The 5th mission is mostly for connecting your deployment from the academy, 95% scripted story mission, but a damn good looking one. Actually all the missions are damn good looking ones!
